Stepping through the doors of the newly renovated Chinatown Plaza I can instantly see that this is not your average humble food hall. Glowing umbrellas, rainbow lanterns and caged chandeliers shine down on a funky communal space filled with a seemingly endless variety of hawker style vendors. Weekend Notes Review of Chinatown Plaza

After undergoing a major renovation, Chinatown Plaza is finally reopened for business. This food court features a good variety of stalls offering dishes from various cuisines so there should be something to suit everyone's taste. Sneak Peek at the new Food Court at Adelaide Chinatown Plaza by Play and Go

It’s currently having a trial soft open at lunch times between around 11am to 3pm with some food stalls serving food. Closed since August 2016, the revamp has been long awaited. Here’s our first look at the renovated eatery. Basically, it’s nothing like the old food court. The old laminate and fluorescent lighting has been replaced with a modern Asian style with beautiful lighting, lovely green foliage and ornate timber throughout.
